Signups for Invasion America: Part Deux are coming June 5th at 5Pm boys! As a reminder, here are the first two entries into the gameday patch contest. ANYONE can enter their design ideas for the gameday patches (Defender and Invader) and in late July, we will hold a poll in the forums (you will only be able to vote once) to decide the winning patch designs. The winning entry gets 2 free tickets into the game.
You may enter as many design sets as you like, but each set MUST contain one INVADER and one DEFENDER patch. The first two sets here are from Jashua Brinkley: Team Omega Saints.

Official Noob Day 2012 numbers:
875: was the official player count for the day
over 1000: the total number of people on the field
264: vehicles parked down at off site parking once the main parking area filled up
256: hamburgers gone. No idea on the numbers of hot dogs
3: full truckloads of trash piled to the top of my cab to get it all taken care of
2: guns missing. One belongs to an individual and one belongs to a rental guy. I am hoping that both of these are mistakes and if you are the one of the people WITH either of these guns, holler at me and I can put you in touch with the proper people to get them back to
1: person taken away in an ambulance (he's perfectly fine now. hospital put him under, put his kneecap back where it belonged and he walked out of the hospital....yeeek)
All in all, a very good day (weekend to those that made it out on Sunday as well, of which it looked like around 150-200 of you did). I hope that parents found it an informative weekend and the new players got some good trigger time on the field itself. Hated we had to call it about an hour early because of the weather, but hey, the Lords of Airsoft gave us a very good day.

Wait For Us In The Respawn Brother, Then We'll All Take The Field Together
THIS $7 DEVICE WILL SAVE YOU FROM THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF INJURY WE FACE IN AIRSOFT. A mom recently called me and had a really good idea. We tell everyone at the safety briefings over and over about how important it is for the younger players to wear either a full face mask OR a mouthguard when playing airsoft. We do not require our players to actually wear either of those things if they are comfortable without them. However, we have 3-4 teeth chipped every year. THERE IS NO SMILING IN AIRSOFT GUYS! Or if you must smile at your opponenets, you'd be smart to wear one of these when you play. Just another heads up to our players. The choice is yours, but we HIGHLY recommend that you wear one of these on game days.
Player news
Bad Karma Airsoft is the 3rd largest Airsoft Field in the country and the largest field of it's kind in the U.S. The field is privately owned and 100% supported by the players who play on it. Bad Karma Airsoft is not a business... just a place to come and play. The field upkeep, additions and maintenance comes directly from the $25 annual field dues donated by the players. There is no other cost to play on the field with the exception of a couple special games held during the year. Once a player has paid their field dues, they can play FOR FREE at any open game or they may reserve the field for their own playdates.
The field is open for public playdates all year long with the Official Season lasting from the middle of March until the Middle of November.
The field is the home of the annual "Noob Day" event in March, which is the second largest annual airsoft event in the country and the annual "Colombian Blend" Scenario Game in September.
The field is open to anyone 15 or older by themselves or 14 and under as long as a parent or guardian is on-site with them. Most field play dates are open to anyone that wants to come by and play, but the field can be reserved for private or "pay to play" functions as well.
